The following terms and conditions, privacy statement, and disclaimer notice, as well as any or all Agreements, apply to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice: The terms "Client," "You," and "You're" refer to you, the person who is visiting this website and accepting the terms and conditions of the Company. Our Company is referred to as "The Company," "Ourselves," "We," and "Us." "Party," "Parties," or "Us" refers to both the Client and us or just the Client. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment required to begin the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of the provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the aforesaid terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they is interpreted as interchangeable and so refers to the same.

Disclaimer

Exclusions and Restrictions

This website's information is given on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company: disclaims any and all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents, or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company's literature; and

excludes any liability for damages arising from or related to your use of this website. This includes without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not such loss was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things, or you advised this Company of the possibility of such potential loss), damage to your computer, computer software, systems, and programs, and the data stored on them, and any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.

However, this Company does not disclaim liability for death or personal damage caused by its carelessness. The exclusions and limitations listed above apply only to the degree permitted by law. None of your statutory consumer rights are affected.

Payment

All major credit/debit cards, bankers' drafts, and BACS transfers are all acceptable methods of payment. Our terms require complete payment within thirty days. All goods remain the Company's property until fully paid for. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any funds remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of invoicing through collection agencies and/or the Small Claims Court. In such cases, you will be responsible for any additional administrative and/or court fees. 

Returning a cheque will result in a £25 fine to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In the event of a second Returned cheque, we reserve the right to discontinue the arrangement and, if agreed upon, we will only accept cash for future transactions. As a result, all bookings, transactions, and agreements will be canceled with immediate effect until all outstanding amounts are recovered in full.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Notification in person, by email, mobile phone "text message," and/or fax, or by any other means shall be accepted subject to written confirmation. We have the right to charge a £30 fee to compensate for any additional administrative costs.

Termination of Agreements & Refunds Policy

Both the Client and ourselves have the right to cancel any Services Agreement for any reason, including the termination of ongoing services. Where a Service is regarded to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway, no refunds will be issued. Any amounts made to us that constitute payment for the supply of unused Services will be returned.

Availability 

Unless otherwise specified, the services advertised on this website are only available in the United Kingdom or in conjunction with postings from the United Kingdom. All advertising is aimed only toward the British market. You are solely responsible for determining the suitability of any downloads, applications, and content available through this site for a given purpose. Without the express written authorization of the Company, redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is forbidden, including via framing or any similar or other means. The Company does not guarantee that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, despite its best efforts. By using this service, you agree to indemnify this Company, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any loss or damage, however, caused.

Event of Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement that is caused by an event beyond such party's control, including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgency, uprising, riot, civil unrest, the act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood, or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into. Any Party affected by such an incident must promptly notify the other Party and use all reasonable efforts to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement included herein.

Waiver

Failure of either Party to insist on strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement, or failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he, or they are entitled hereunder, shall not constitute a waiver of such right or remedy, nor shall it cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement. No waiver of any provision of this or any other Agreement shall be effective unless specifically stated to be so and signed by both Parties.

General

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By visiting this website [and using our services/purchasing our products, you agree to these terms and conditions as well as the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts in all disputes resulting from such access. If any of these terms are declared invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to, the exclusions and limitations listed above), the invalid or unenforceable element will be severed from these terms, and the remaining conditions will remain in effect. Failure by the Company to enforce any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions or any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as a waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions or any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right to enforce each and every provision thereafter. These Terms and Conditions may not be updated, modified, varied, or supplemented except in writing and signed by duly authorized Company representatives.

Notification of Changes 

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and your continuing use of the site indicates your acceptance of any changes to these terms. If we make any changes to our privacy policies, we will notify them on our home page and other relevant pages on our website. If we make any changes to how we utilize our site customers' Personally Identifiable Information, we will notify individuals impacted via e-mail or snail letter.
