Return & Refund Policy

Under the following conditions, any item(s) purchased through our website may be returned for a full refund:

Please contact us at sales@mindustrialsafety.co.uk to initiate the refund process.

1. All returns must be made within 14 days after receipt.
2. The item(s) must not have been opened and be in the same condition in which they were received.
3. The customer is responsible for returning the products. We are unable to reimburse shipping costs (except in the case of a faulty product)
4. The client must tell us within 24 hours after receiving any damaged or faulty products to receive a refund. Any damage must be photographed and sent to sales@mindustrialsafety.co.uk
5. If the Client changes their mind or orders the wrong item or dimension, the Courier expenses will be taken from the Total Amount of the client and will not be repaid in the case that the items are returned.
6. Cut to length Products are non refundable.
